Shame on Mayor Leonard Anderson and Council members Bill Cushing, Ann Lansden, Mike Ragsdale, Bill Shain.

What does Pine Bluffs have in common with the far left?
8-115 (g) (iv) (h) is the section of code that has an unconstitutional “blacklisting” and “search and seizure” provision in it.
Look at it for yourself, this is “blacklisting” just like what Homeland Security wants to do to our returning veterans, labeling them as extremists.

What is important here is statements the town attorney Alex Davison has previously stated:
” I can see how the law could also be interpreted to mean no open-carry at all” and ” I could prosecute and let the judge decide”.

These positions contradict each other and confirm the need to remove all of 8-115 of their municipal code to stop any future abuses and misinterpretations.
