Wyoming Gun Owners Association is recommending that you don’t stop in Pine Bluffs while carrying, in light of public statement released by a Police Officer. To read article

Mayor and town council members that didn’t know

Shame on Mayor Leonard Anderson and Council members Bill Cushing, Ann Lansden, Mike Ragsdale, Bill Shain.

“What is important here is that in the beginning the Pine Bluffs Police officers Tom Moran, Brian Yeomans, Attorney Alex Davison, Mayor Leonard Anderson and the Council members all didn’t know the law or how to interpret the law written in their own books.”
to read the whole story

What does Pine Bluffs have in common with the far left?

8-115 (g) (iv) (h) is the section of code that has an unconstitutional “blacklisting” and “search and seizure” provision in it.

Look at it for yourself, this is “blacklisting” just like what Homeland Security wants to do to our returning veterans, labeling them as extremists.

Alert! Pine Bluffs keeps law on books they used against your constitutional rights.

Posted April 2, 2009

What is important here is statements the town attorney Alex Davison has previously stated:

” I can see how the law could also be interpreted to mean no open-carry at all” and ” I could prosecute and let the judge decide”.

These prior statements coupled with the newest one ”It is not the position of the governing council that open carry is prohibited by town ordinances“ is just more smoke and mirrors. To read article from The Pine Bluffs Post, click here

These positions contradict each other and confirm the need to remove all of 8-115 of their municipal code to stop any future abuses and misinterpretations.
